1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how TTD AUTOFILL PRO ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with your use of the TTD AUTOFILL PRO Chrome Extension and associated License Server services.

2. Information We Collect

A. Customer Account Information

  • Email Address: Used for customer identity, 6-digit verification challenge authentication, and purchase restoration across browser reinstallations or secondary devices.
  • Customer ID: A server-generated unique identifier (cust_...) assigned upon account creation.

B. Device & Technical Identifiers

  • Device Identifier: Generated locally (dev_...) via crypto.randomUUID() and stored in chrome.storage.local to enforce trial eligibility and account device limits (maximum 2 active devices).
  • Session Tokens: Server-signed authentication session tokens (sess_...) issued upon email verification.

C. Licensing & Transaction Data

  • Order & Entitlement Identifiers: Razorpay Order IDs (order_...), Payment IDs (pay_...), plan selection (PASS_3D, PASS_15D, PASS_3M, LIFETIME), activation dates, and expiration dates.
  • Payment Method Details: Handled directly through Razorpay. We do not collect, transmit, or store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

D. Pilgrim & Booking Information (100% Local Only)

  • Pilgrim names, ages, genders, ID proof types, and ID proof numbers entered in the extension FAMILY tab are stored strictly in local browser storage (chrome.storage.local).
  • Separation of Concerns: Pilgrim and booking data are never transmitted to our license server, customer account database, or any third party.

3. How We Use Information

  • Service Delivery: Automating form fields on authorized TTD booking portals.
  • License Management: Verifying active pass status, trial limits, and enforcing server-signed HMAC SHA-256 license tokens.
  • Purchase Recovery: Restoring purchased passes when an extension is reinstalled or opened on a second device.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared exclusively with necessary service providers:

  • Razorpay Software Private Limited: Handles secure payment processing outside the extension context via standard Web Checkout.

5. Storage and Security

  • Local extension data is stored in Chrome's isolated chrome.storage.local.
  • License server communications use encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Administrative secrets (RAZORPAY_KEY_SECRET, LICENSE_SIGNING_SECRET) remain 100% server-side.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests
